Re: Correct length wire harness

GMC Pauls also sells the Blazer intermediate tail light harness. I am pretty sure they are from M & H harnesses. I have bought 1 before and it fit correctly.

Just note many things are on back order. I am still waiting for my upgraded (ATO fuses) dash harness and its been about 4 months already.

Let me know if you find what you are looking for. My Blazer that it is installed in is 100 miles away so I can't look to see if its too long?

Its been a while so I am not sure?

Re: Correct length wire harness

long bed step side, they made it to exact factory spec... step side has those funky tail lights with odd round plugs...got it from fuse box to rear then pigtails to lights

The Short bed truck is a 115" wheelbase and used the same intermediate harness as the Blazer / Jimmy. Our wiring harness's are made by M&H Wiring and have correct ends and color coded wires for plug and play install.

Yes that's what it says but the blazer are 104" wheel base so the wires are 11" to long.

Does the bed of a short wheelbase stick out further past the rear wheels then Blazer Does?

Before Blazer bed sides were available I know we had to cut down short wheelbase bed size to fit on a blazer?

Re: Correct length wire harness

I bought the 115" one and it was to long. I will see if I still have my harness from my 69 blazer and measure it.

No, the back end is the same dimension, its the front half that is longer. Years ago I cut a short bed down to fit on a blazer frame.

Re: Correct length wire harness

I called M&H they said their wire harness fits 104 to 115" wheelbase and the wires are to long for the 104 wheelbase
Lectric limited don't sell them.

Be hard to find one that's not dry and cracking. Might just have to youse the longer one that I all ready have and cut it. Will have to wait till the body goes back on to get the length right.
