Up at the top of the list of topics, there is a link to Profile, where you can change various things, like putting in a signature that you can include in your posts.

As far as pictures, you put but without the spaces.

May those who love us, love us, any of those who do not love us, may God turn their hearts.
And if God is unable to turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.

A man who works with his hands is a laborer; a man who works with his hands and his brain is a craftsman; but a man who works with his hands and his brain and his heart is an artist.

You have to upload it to a website before you can post it. I use freeservers.com. Once it is uploaded, right click on the picture, and select properties.
Highlight the URL. Right click on the highlighted URL and select "COPY".
Then go to the message board and creat a post.
Type
(no spaces).
