1972 Dome and courtesy lights splice

Is there a way to add into the cab dome light circuit the courtesy lights found in the Blazer? Here are photos of the dome light circuit and the Packard 56 Terminal in the courtesy lights.

Does the courtesy lights kit in the bag have the male and female connectors in it? If so, you should be able to unplug one of the male and female joined connectors under the dash that you show in your first picture, and plug in the courtesy lights. It completes the circuit, sort of makes a daisy chain of accessories.

I will try that. Also thought about doubling up on the existing plug ins since all the lights are low voltage LED.

I think I will just tap into the white and orange dome light wires.

Keep in mind that the orange wire is hot all the time and the lights are switched on the ground side (white wire). Leds are polarity sensitive so they will have to be tapped in correctly.

Installed them and tapped into the dome light white and orange wires with LED lights. Looks great.
