Please just keep my order as I originally stated with the powder coated D52 rear disc caliper bracket kit for my 1968 Chevy C10 with the 12 bolt rear and conversion axles. Quote:

Payment received. It will be later in the week before I will get to your order. I have several orders ahead of you plus we are getting hammered with snow here. Saturday it took me 4 hours to clear my driveway at home. Then today I spent 3 hours on a backhoe at my shop and more snow is coming.

Just assembled my rear D52 rear disc brake kit on my 1968 Chevy C10 SWB and the brackets seem to fit ok, but when I put on the D52 calipers and pads they fit on very snug and the rotor is very difficult to rotate by hand when installed. The D52 calipers are brand new and so are the pads. The piston is all the way retracted into the bore also.
Anybody else run into this and how did you solve it? |
