Electric choke wiring
I have an 87 C10 (R10). I want to hook up an Edelbrock carb electric choke. I replaced the electric oil pressure sender with a mechanical gauge. Can I use the wire fore the old wire pressure sender to power the electric choke? If not, what is the easiest way to get power to the choke?

Re: Electric choke wiring
The oil pressure sender would not be a good choice. Any 12v source that's on when the engine is running would work.

Re: Electric choke wiring
My '70 C10 fuse box had two (unfused) terminals that were activated by the ignition switch. I used one for my HEI and one for electric choke. I used inline fuses for both. Pretty easy connection, and Amazon had nice inline fuses.
