Trailing arm cross member

I'm looking for a trailing arm cross member that can pass single 4" exhaust.
All the ones I'm finding are 3 - 3.5"
Anyone have experience with one that will work for me?

I'm have a 72 with a 6.0 turbo LS 4" Flowmaster muffler with a dump underneath and it just sucks to drive.
I'd really like to get the 4" out the back.
The other thought I have is possibility is splitting the 4" into two 3" or 3.5" to get it out the back.

Re: Trailing arm cross member

No experience here, but a thought that I had was would it be possible to do a tubular crossmember and then do a 4" round to a 4" oval exhaust to get through the crossmember? It looks like youre height limited so doing oval to get through it might work better?
