Glad to hear you made it through surgery OK. Hoping for a (relatively) quick recovery with minimal discomfort.

Is yours a disc surgery or fusion? The recovery is a lot quicker with disc surgery. Good luck and I hope everything goes smoothly.

At 69 years old there was some disc deterioration. The main thing he did was to clean things up including a small bulge and opening up where the nerves go through which took care of the pinch. Leg pain is gone back is feeling good with exception of incision pain. I feel for you at 33, definitely work on working smarter not harder for both you and your families sake. Good luck

So far, so good. The piece they cut out was 30mm x 15mm x 10mm. They had to grind some bone off to reach it without hurting the nerve. Thanks.
