Best patch for roof holes?

I’d like to figure a more permanent patch for the roof holes from the since discontinued light bar that was on my suburban ahead of a roof rack install. There’s some thick apparent silicone presently in place. Any suggestions?

Re: Best patch for roof holes?

Maybe use a Stainless Steel/ Button type Socket Head Cap Screw,
with sealer under it.

Stainless screw with red sealer under it?

Or have a Button machined to screw down and cover more surface.

I agree with this, but you will need the headliner removed.

If you can get a small piece of another roof. It helps with matching the contour
