Re: Pics of factory cruise control?

Did it have an all chrome turn signal cruise button? If so, then typically yes. Trevor

Re: Pics of factory cruise control?

The cruise control unit shown in the pictures is correct for 1969 and 1970. The 1967 and 1968 (with some possible overlap) the transducer had off set speedometer locations (north and west vs north and north ) . Speedometer cables for all were the same from the transducer to the cluster but, 67-68 were longer from the transmission to the transducer. Both were marked cruise master on the transducer. Manual and automatic transmissions both had cruise and some were bypassed (jumped) by the electric controls but all used the vacume break. The black "engage " button is from a later model as originals were chrome. Lever was metal, engage button and housing were chrome plated plastic. The vacume pod was mounted to the firewall by a 1967-1970 Truck "" specific "" bracket made only for trucks, all cars are different. The 3 mounting bolts for the bracket were coded E. I have found the vacume pods with one and 2 ports and am not sure of the different applications. Randy

Re: Pics of factory cruise control?

I love seeing pic's of a untouched factory set-up like this one!

As we all know, it's really hard to find cruise control anything, let alone being entirely complete!

Re: Pics of factory cruise control?

The item that mounts on the inner fender is a transducer and the item that mounts on the firewall is a servo. As far as the item by itself, or the entire cruise system?

Re: Pics of factory cruise control?

Transducer on the inner fender. $30-45 for transducer. Trevor
