Wanted: Tailgate for 76 GMC - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Title says it all, must be factory gate with GMC in the middle. Also looking for both cab corner mouldings thats say GMC. I found a nice tailgate on a 76 3/4 ton but I ended up buyin the whole truck

If you find a tailgate and need the full aluminium tailgate band for GMC, I have one for sale which is in excellent condition.

How much? I have thought about this before, I have a good Chevrolet gate I could put it on. Im trying to keep these trucks as original as possible but GMC parts are hard to come by.

I have a post on this board for the two aluminium tailgate bands, I am trying to sell. I have both a GMC and a Chevrolet, brushed aluminium full sized tailgate band. I am asking $75/best offer for each. The Chevrolet one has the emblem, but the GMC one is missing the GMC emblem

Here is a tailgate I saw on Ebay for a 73-80.

Will fit either GMC or Chevy. You can then buy a full sized tailgate band to fill in the middle for either GMC or Chevy.
