Re: door striker pic request

Well as mongocanfly has said. Because you should take a look at it. Because the square if I recall right it moves in side about a 1/4" all around for Adjustment’s of the striker to line up the door. And the big washer covers the hole ( so the hole smaller then the washer but bigger then the bolt) I would put your hand behind feel how it finished there.

Ho just the square is open just remembered

Re: door striker pic request

Well stupid me , the striker bolt will only slide around the sq. hole inside, so the new plate will have to have the same sq. hole which is 3/4x3/4 . Match new plate up and center and weld it up. Over thinking that one .

At least you are going to fix it

So try not to beat yourself Up

I was going to take measurement from a scrap cab I have.

Then mongocanfly came to the rescue
