Re: Tre5 Customs roadster blazer project

Got the chassis back from the body shop so I can start working on it and get it cleaned up, powder coated and chromed.

Stripped the chassis

Parts for powder coat

Bolts, washers, and brackets for chrome

suspension pieces for chrome

that seemed like a very fast turn around for chrome work, usually they take
months...

Re: Tre5 Customs roadster blazer project

I used Concours. I have been bringing them stuff on a weekly basis for a while now, so they treat me pretty good. Yes, chrome is a lot more spendy than powder coat! There's a good reason for that though... it looks awesome.

Chrome turned out nice. Spendy compared to powder coat isn't it?

Re: Tre5 Customs roadster blazer project

I haven't posted up pics of the blazer in a while because the garage has been a mess of parts. Reassembly is a slower process, but it's coming along and will hopefully be ready to roll by Monday.
