Re: sanding delima

I bought a set of wet sanding blocks from these guys a couple years ago before they started selling full blocks sets. The do the best bodywork I've ever seen, and they use and promote acrylic/plexiglass blocks. After trying them on clear I started making my own from leftover pieces we already had at the shop. Definitely check out the "learn" tab on their site, its full of really great info on bodywork.

Check out pics of their work on Instagram.

Re: sanding delima

Whether I am sanding bondo, Hi Build primers, Or finish paint I block everything. have always used a hard sanding block To make sure I remove all the orange peel have never understood why people use a soft block when color sanding as it just follows the orange peel. I’m in my 70s and I learn something new every day really appreciate the tip
I went on their website boy their proud of them puppies I can see why you make your own
