Rocker Attach

I am preparing to attach my rocker. I do not have a spot welder so I will be plug welding. Is there a reason I would not want to have the holes in the inner rocker/floor and weld from the backside vs having the hole in the outer rocker. It seems it would be easier to have it cleaner where you could see it vs underneath.

Re: Rocker Attach

I welded mine from the outside, like you suggest. I ground the welds smooth afterwards, so they really aren't visible. Have not done paint yet. Also not a professional.
