Motor mount perch with cross member swap

What motor mount perches do you recommend with a 73-87 cross member swap and a LS?

I got some stock perches but they are about an inch taller than the frame

Many people just make a 1" spacer to fill the gap.

I cut the top off flush with the top of the frame and made a new top. There is no spacer and it looks more factory.
