Hi
Can anyone recommend the best product for cleaning fabric seats and carpets or tools (steamer etc?} I always seem to end up with white rings or not even getting stains out.

steam cleaners work but you have to be careful of the heat around certain plastics and vinyls. I've used "low end" steamers to help mold vinyl etc for interior, but some get hot and sag the vinyl.

I have something called blue diamond if i recall correctly. It works good on carpet in our newer cars. Not sure about the older cars with loop carpet.

Does anyone have supplier or name of steam cleaner? Only ones I can find are upright models for carpet.

i find that regular cheap rug shampoo from the supermarket works really well on seats and carpet// for very dificult grease type stains i use a bit of gojo hand cleaner with a small bristel brush then a damp cloth and a good vaccume when dry

What do detail shops use? I have to find something half decent as car collection is growing and I cant afford to send them out for detailing and sometimes when I do,they dont do a good job
