Think I found the problem
I looked at the box that my converter came in and looked up the part number in Summit catalog and it tells me its a 3,000 rpm NON lockup converter. The guy bought a new stall though because this one was too small and said it was a 2,500 with lockup. Did he send me his new box? And if you bought one with lockup why would you switch to non lockup later? I am really pissed off now and I don't have his ebay name or any other info any more to get money out of him. Now I have to buy a new one.
