RC Cars

Just got back into the RC world after a 10 year absence...biggest difference I see is that Nitro is pretty dead (at least here in So Cal). Recently purchased this Traxxas E-Revo 2.0 since my favorite basher was the 3.3 Revo. Planning on purchasing my first crawler soon too.

Re: RC Cars

I have a Revo 3.3, but I haven't messed around with it in a long time. Maybe I should pull it out and run it around again.

I would love to get mine going again but I realized my carburetor housing is cracked and the engine company (Ofna) is no longer in business.

Re: RC Cars

Bummer. Isn't there an engine that can be used as a replacement, w/o any modification?

Re: RC Cars

My parents are downsizing and I’ve been cleaning out my old room. I found my old tamiya trucks and saved them to play with and rebuild. I’ve got a midnight pumpkin, blackfoot and a Subaru brat monster truck. Can’t wait to carve a little time out to fix them up.

There are but i was able to start the Picco and it still runs great and strong...only issue is the carb. I'm trying to figure out a way to possibly fix before I drop money for a new engine. I guess the OS .21 is the go to now if you don't want to run the Traxxas 3.3.
