Hey Mike,, Thanks for your interest in my build. I have seen other similar builds,, except without the floor/firewall graft. As far as I know,, mine is the first build using this combination and the only one with the graft. I have also done a lot of extensive frame, bed and body mods as well as rust repair,, which takes a lot of time. I have been building this for ten years now,, through job losses, divorce, pandemics and all of life's other crap it throws at you. Being just one guy working on this,, I feel like I'm doing pretty well. Thanks again for the interest and check back soon,, more (pretty cool) updates coming soon!!

Glad to see you're still around. Since I last posted to this thread I decided to go a similar route as you. I have dug in pretty deep but winter is coming soon so all I'll be doing is rust repair during the cold months. The Tahoe will have to be wrapped up for the winter without the C10 cab on it.

I'm looking forward to seeing the updates from you.

Life happens! Glad to see it's still coming together, I like the hidden latch. Make sure you build in some type of backup to get them open. Your boat transom is probably stronger than ever.
