He was busier than a cat covering chit on a hot tin roof.

He was pissing up a rope in a windstorm.

That boy ain't right.

The thing about free speech is...there's always someone around to complain about it.

Do unto others before they do unto you.

Am I going to gave to make you cut me a switch?

If you can't be early...make damned sure you ain't late.

If you're waiting on me you're rolling backwards.

He could squeeze the piss out of a Buffalo nickel.

Joplin? Hell yeah, I spent a week there one night.

He wouldn't turn around to watch two piss-ants eat a bail of hay.

Don't piss on my boots and tell me its rainin'.

Re: Old sayings or sayings from old folks

He's so dumb he couldn't pour piss from a boot with directions on the bottom!

After giving good directions and the person points in the wrong direction and asks, "Can't I get there going that way?". "Sure you can. But you'd have to go all the way around the world to get there"

Re: Old sayings or sayings from old folks

There's an old saying car painters like to use that says: "If nothing else, get the driver's door and the hood painted right." Obviously the reason to make these areas look nice is because they are always under the driver's nose. Move inside to the vehicle's interior and there's an area that's right in the driver's face: the dashboard

I might as well be talking to a brick wall.

You might as well talk to a fence post.

Dumber than a box of rocks.

When they were handing out brains, he thought they said train, and missed it.

He needs that like he need a hole in his head.

Busier than a one armed paper hanger.

They gather like flies on s**t.
