1963 c60

What engines came in these trucks for this year? My grandpa has one and id like to restore someday and i have no idea what engine it is, last time i saw under the hood was a few years ago and i believe it was a v8 but im not sure. Im pretty sure its a '63 but ill ask my dad later since he knows.

I would have to dig my book out, but as a guess for right now, 283,327, and 409 come to mind.

Yea i just dont know, i mean im not 100% on whether its a v8 or not but im peetty sure it is, i always thought it was a 366 but from what ive found that may not be true.

The 366 wasn't offered till 1966. If it's a 6-Cylinder, it would be a 292. I too would have to get out my books to be sure, but the 348 still might have been one of them in '63.
