I dont think your too far out of line, but if you would consider shipping you might get more hits.
The carrier should only cost $25-40 to ship.
I bought a 8.8" auborn posi and it only cost $20 to ship.

Hope this helps

Its very hard to sell parts online that you won't ship, thats probably why you haven't gotten more hits. Also anybody running over 31" tires is afraid of gov-locs anyway because of their rep... I'm running one in my 12 bolt with 3.40 gears and it is still alive, but I will be putting a 4" lift on and 35" tires, so if it breaks i'll probably be putting a detroit in. And gov-locs aren't very good for the street because when they lock theres a good chance of them breaking if you have lots of traction.

factory locking differential, put mostly in 4 wheel drive trucks. Except their not really a true locker, they do use some clutches and can actually slip with a lot of torque applied. But they also work off of speed variation and when one wheel starts to spin a certain number of RPM faster than the other wheel then they lock together.

They work ok off-road if your running small tires like 33's or less.

If your Gov loc goes your gonna be replacing more than your carrier.
