oil filler

Im replacing my single plane intake with a dual plane edelbrock unit. The intake im taking off has an oil fill tube on the front, the new one does not. To add oil to the motor do I just take off my valve cover breather and add oil there?

Re: oil filler

Yes if the valve cover has a breather hole just fill the oil there. Only early engines used the fill through the intake.
