Value? -rear end

What's the going rate for complete rear end less brakes & drums? (6-lug non-posi, 3.73 gear)

Re: Value? -rear end

Without the brake parts Id say $50 to $75 tops. being 6 lug I'm assuming its either 10 bolt or 12 bolt, nothing special either way, which when they are 100% complete are a dime a dozen under $200.

Any buyer shouldn't look to pay more than core value since with those parts missing they're looking at hundreds of dollars to replace whats been stripped.

I agree with this in my area. If it still had all the brake parts, $100-$125

Re: Value? -rear end

I just sold a 5 lug 71/73 12 bolt for 125.00 without brakes and had a 3.08.
This is the same price I paid for the core I bought to rebuild and had it striped, painted and rebuilt. That one wasnt useable like it was. The one I just sold could have been used with brakes installed
