Just currious, what are the materials used in these covers? Is the black trim vynil? What is houndstooth material like? I've never seen one of these in person...they sure look nice though. Thanks.

The black border is the original style vinyl. The houndstooth portion is made up of nylon or polyester thread that is wooven together, dyed to the correct color and then scotch guarded. Houndstooth seats are very nice in person.

No they do not. They are pretty straight forward though. There are also lots of videos on the internet showing how.

Do these have the scroll indented in the middle? I need to re-create a highlander seat cover and was thinking of buying one of these in parchment and having the green plaid sewn into it. Would you do something like that? The plaid is in the mail on its way to me right now and i was going to get some prices locally.

Have you or can you make these in all black vynil? Replace the houndstooth insert with black vynil pleated exactly like those pictured? Since there is no Base model 69 cover made it may be a close to stock look..

We carry a 69/70 black scroll vinyl cover if thats what you mean?
