Does a door have to be removed to replace a Rocker Panel?

I remove the door because it's almost always more than a rocker that needs replacing. The "a" pillars do too. It's easier that way.

Super nice work on the truck. The marker light gas filler looks clean. Looks killer and a super nice job on the install. But here in CA I do not see how that would be usable with the bellows type seal on a gas station nozzle. Main reason I installed a Blazer door in the bed on my truck for ease of use.

Very nice work! I'm getting ready to put a complete floor in one of my cabs. What brand is that cab support? It looks really nice. Is it galvanized coated or bare?

It's one of the brands I carry. Dynacorn. They are just recently out. There are a lot of parts coming out that are being retooled to fit better. It comes pre-primed with weld through primer.

Thanks, Wes. I'll keep that in mind. Even though my '71 Jimmy's a California truck, some PO must've lived on the Beach, and the next PO went bondo crazy. It's got under-paint bubbles all over.

Nice work! That lower inner cowl piece always sucks to do because one way or another you get showered with sparks.

I was looking at the gas cap and its tight location in the truck box. Can you explane and or show me how you access the cap to remove it. I don't want to put the gas filler neck in the bed box and am always look for some ideas. For now I am going with a step side box.

The marker light is hinged. I reach into the hole behind the marker light and unscrew the lid. WES
