Vacuum hose?

In the upper left corner of the motor compartment i have a rubber hose that goes from behind the motor and somewhere connected to the upper left corner of the motor compartment. The thing is that it´s loose in the upper left corner...and the rubber hose is bad...needs to be changed. But....what is this? What´s it´s purpose? Is it some kind of vacuum hose? Any one can tell me about this? ...i will be grateful...

Re: Vacuum hose?

EGH Evaporizer Canister?

Anyone else knows about this hose? The truck runs fine, but sometimes i get error codes from ODB2 like "too lean"...could that have anything to do with it?
