I put the chrome in after the windshield and gasket was already on the truck. We couldn't make the chrome, gasket, and windshield in together. What we ended up doing was putting little pieces of wood in the chrome trim valley to widen it out. On a sunny day we put the chrome trim in the rubber. Had to use small pics to pull up the rubber to lock in the chrome. I'm sure this wasn't the correct way, but it did work.
