I have a TH400 adapter and a bare NP205 case with the large 90MM input bearing bore for the TH400 that I have listed on local Craigslist for $350 for the pair. Shipping charges to Washington might be a deal breaker though?

Can you measure the transfer case, there is a large flat rate usps box for game boards that might work.

I can check shipping if you give me dimensions and weight of both pieces in one box.
Do you have the 32 spline input gear?

TH400/NP205 adapter weighs 19#
Measures 11" high X 7" wide X 4-1/2" thick.
NP205 empty case weighs 46#
Measures 19-1/4" wide X 11" high X 6-1/4" width.

Just a question not trying to jack ... So if you want to put a turbo 400 in place of a 350 you have to put in a different 205 because the case is different?

The 205 is the same, except the input shaft needs to be 32 spline which requires a larger bearing and the case needs to be bored out to accommodate the larger bearing.
Or buy a complete 205 that came from 85 or newer or was originally behind a th400

The good thing on the th400 though is you can use a short shaft 2wd trans instead of the very short 4wd th400 output shaft

shipping is about $60 on the main case and I think the adapter fits a med flat rate for $16.
I would need to be at $350 including shipping because the adapter new is $252 and I figure boring my case is about $100

Parts found, bought a k20 today with th400 and np205
