Water Sitting in Radiator Support

Does anyone know how to stop the rain water from sitting in the radiator support? My radiator support is rusty and just trying to prevent it from completely rusting out. I noticed that water sits on the drivers side support. I'm not sure how the water gets in on that side of the truck.

I see no reason why you can't drill a few small "weep" holes to help the water drain out.

Indeed. Prime and paint after it's dry there, problem solved.
