Lowering 72

I am sure this has already been asked and I apologize. However I am going to ask again. I have a 1972 C-10 LWB and I am interested in lowering it, and I am curious on how much I can lower it by cutting the existing springs without effected anything else?

thanks.

Re: Lowering 72

you can only cut the front, I wouldn't go more than 2" of drop which is roughly half a coil turn I believe. The rear spring is shaped different and will need to be changed.

Re: Lowering 72

Cut the front coils 1 coil and no more (about 2") jeep springs in the rear
