I ordered 5# of GOOD dark baking chocolate yesterday. It is supposed to be one of the 3 best brands for tempering. I am going to make some chocolate covered marshmallows, mounds, almond joys, and fruit. I have never tempered chocolate before so it will be a learning experience. If it is a success I will post some pictures. LockDoc

Many yrs ago Mom and Dad took Granny to Switzerland, and a bunch other of them foreign places..
They brought back some real live swiss chocolate...I'll have to say , for chocolate, that's probably the best I've ever ate...it was soooooo good.. And I'm with Leon, butterfinger Icecream is great.. And a fresh butterfinger is great by itself, but if the get hard they're no longer good to me
