Tranny replacement

I’ve got a 99 classic K3500 with 220k miles that I use to haul my slide in camper and a raft trailer around rural Colorado and Utah. I’m in the process of removing my transmission to rebuild it and while I’m at it I plan to replace the rear main seal, torque converter, flush the cooler, replace U joints, add a temp sensor and I’m wondering if anyone has suggestions for other things I should look at while I’m down there. I’d appreciate any feedback.

Re: Tranny replacement

Get a pan with a drain plug or put one in your current pan.
