Hood hinges?

I should have a set of Sachse Rod Shop hinges before the end of the week and I was wondering if anyone had any tips or measurements of how and where you mounted them. Pics would also be great. Thanks for your help.

You don't really need the double action of the Sachse hinge for the hood, so I went with a single action hinge.

:hj: #1-- They're actually 4" x .75" Lexan "slits"... they match the 12" slits I did in the back for taillights.
