Since I'm here... this is one section nobody can drive on, and hiking is a challenge too. The Ashfork Hill section can be seen from the Super Slab (south), each end is cleaved like a knife. The Cliffrose and Juniper is really taking over. Because it's difficult to get here, no books (that I have seen) show it. It was two lanes, no passing lane.
First picture, when you look over the sign across the freeway, is where I got the hood that was posted a while back.
