But I have no way of proving that. I have no paperwork. You don't need to show paperwork to sell car parts on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, Ebay... At the county landfill you can dump scrap anything recyclable. You don't get paid for it but you can sure dump it w/o proof of ownership.

Just a note here for those who don't get it. There are no communist states in The United States of America and if you say there are you don't know much about America.
