I just want to say thanks to LockDoc for sharing this info. I just followed his instructions and pulled the lock cylinder out of my 68. There wasn't a code (locksmith said they were usually on the glove box cylinder) but he was able to make me a couple keys. Got it all back together and installed and now I can lock everything up. Thanks again man. Very helpful info.
