Dash Pad replacement burb

Replacing the dash pad on my 91 burb. Got the part from LMC, been having nothing but fitment problems. Gotta trim this and that, darn thing is just too large in areas where it was molded. Calls into LMC sometimes go unanswered for a few days, then they want pics, then they're gonna send the issue off somewhere for answers. I want this thing done. Been dragging on for 3 weeks now. Biggest problem is on the pass side edge that butts up against and into the A pillar. Dash is like 5/8'' thick where the removed one is like 1/4-3/8''. Dash will also not pull all the way down for the lower screws to anchor it in place. This thing is kicking my butt. Any other vendors have one that will go into place like it should without heavy modifications?? Grey in color

Re: Dash Pad replacement burb

Called them and had a nice talk. Ordered the pad. Sending the LMC grind to fit one back.

Re: Dash Pad replacement burb

I would look into USA1 Industries. They make them over the metal frame, like the OEM. I have heard that Cheyenne has went with the urethane frame. These might warp, just like LMC and all the others.I have heard nothing but good things. Be patient, if you do order from them. It takes awhile. They do all the work themselves.
