It really depends on how low it is & how it's lowered. With air bags, the possibilities are greater.....

I bagged the rear with no molesting....the front you have to drill 4 holes in the upper to mount the bag plate..... ran all the lines to the glove box......up with the air compressor or air pig and down with the tumb via schrader valves.....cheap low and sweet air ride.........
