ABS-Brake lights

Well been running with the abs brake light on for awhile today thought I would pull the circuit board and resolder the circuit board. SO the first screw striped the torquex head ,dremeled a slot for a screw driver nope not helping F#$$%^ dam thing. Does it involve a computer to reset this if I decide to take all the lines of and pull the whole dam thing out? Or do I just keep the thing unplugged and not worry about it 2001 Silvy with 188K it was giving a 265 code and have cleaned all grounds and everything points to this
