Is there any rating limit (could you tow one of our trucks with it)? Does it have brakes? Does it have a pivot?

Davy, can't really give you a cost factor since prices are higher here than where you are.....
badpeanut.....It's a 3500 lb limit at drawn up. Can be modified. The tire width is approx 72" It does have a pivot design in it. Doesn't have any brake setup on it.
