Window Weatherstripping

Hey all. So last year I purchased a set of window weatherstripping that runs along the bottom of the window on the outside. I would guess within 6 months they looked absolutely trashed. My truck gets parked inside and rarely sees rain so its not like it was exposed to the elements all the time. Does anyone know of a quality set? I purchased these from LMC. I also have a set of door handles I purchased from them that looked great for a while but the chrome is now coming off of them as well. I do live fairly close to the classic parts of America warehouse and the lmc truck warehouse, so it was just convenient to buy it from lmc.

Re: Window Weatherstripping

You need to get the precision brand. Most of the forums vendors sell them or you can get them from summit. Some call them window scrapers others call them window felts (inside one). I’d jump on precision site get the part number and then cross reference that number on summit or eBay or what not to
Find the part.

Precision WFK1110-67-C

I had a challenge but after getting a replacement (for free from Precision) I think it was me over thinking things but I still needed to cut the replacements but only the rubber outer flap - in the end. I recommend them and if you have any questions, reach out to directly to Precision and ask for Jeff. They are great people.
