Anyone know if this is an internal or external balance plate. It's factory GM, 168 tooth, small block

If there is no weight welded to the other side then it is internal

so the 2 sets of hole, 5 on the bottom and 4 on the left side don't mean a thing. Thats what was throwing me off. Thanks ebfabman
