ah yes the rad support!!!!!! Well I am still very unsure of how to finish it. Hopefully tommorrow I will find a little time to buzz something for the bottom there. What kind of options are there for radiators to fit in rad support?

Just a few drivetrain shots. 5.3L/ 4l60e
moved it back a few inches to clear the exhaust. Hardly have to cut any tranny tunnel out!

Re: S10 swap

Does anyone see a problem with moving the engine back 4" to clear the frame for exhaust?

Re: S10 swap

all of the s10 swap kits i have seen this is a requirement. if you don't move it back the fan and water pump are in the rad.

Don't know if you've seen this on the HAMB, but here's a link to a guy who's doing the shortbed swap who's figured out a neat way to get around either shortening the bed or lengthing the frame.

Thanks for the link. That is a simple way to do it bit I am planning on getting rid of the axle and leaf springs all together. In reality I will be able to mount my rear end where ever I see fit on the frame. I will probably set the box and such and then set the rear end accordingly!

Re: S10 swap

I cant tell if you notched the frame around the spring pocket but it doesnt look like you did. Make sure to make clearance for the bag.

yupp. dead on. Its a indpendent rear from a Jag. I am really unhappy with the wheels so far. they were just something I had kicking around. New to find something with a little less/ more offset to change the wheel stance. Other than that pretty happy with it so far.

Yupp lots new. Will have a few picks in the next couple of days. Changing motors again! Just acquired an LT1 from a Camaro. Came with 4l60etrans.

I decided to build my own box. In the process of getting box sides and front bent up.
