55-59 Seats?

All the bench seat threads have me wanting to find the seat(s) for my project.
I think I want a bench with a folding arm rest in mine. Would you guys post pictures of your bench seats and also the make and model they came out of please? I've seen alot of nice ones but they usually don't list what the seat came out of.

I believe 88-93'ish Silverado benches have the drivers arm rest that folds up. Run a search though to confirm.

I thought '88-'98 were the same. Am I off base?

Re: 55-59 Seats?

hey dan not off base.i do believe 88-98 same body style. they used some different style seats in those years. I just liked the style in the pic. I even had short buckets and console from same years in it for a while had radio in console. I didn't want headrest feature .lowrodder seat sits nicely in between two ribs on floor as seen in pic. reinforce under floor where it bolts with some flat stock.hey lowlife here is pic with armrest down as well. guys on 88-98 forum should be able to show you some. I think there was high back buckets as well.
