Hey man, what did you do for the cracks on the dash? Mine pop up like hell, did you sand it all flat then do it? Just curious cause this looks WAY better then buying a stock looking one.

I just broke off piece's of the vinyl till the dash was somewhat level around the cracks and just roughed up the surface to make the resin stick, and wiped everything with wax and grease remover. The speaker holes were all busted out so I covered them up with some aluminum tape, and where the trim piece was, I cut a piece of cardboard to fit in the opening and taped it in. I also made piece to fit where the VIN number opening is to make the defrost vents look the same and save some work.
