Re: Show us what you got!!

I bought this '74 in December for $1000. I think it was restored in 1992. It's my first project. It's a 350/TH350 with 3.73 gears, NP203 T-case. At the moment, I'm planning to put a new carb and distributor in, once I find what works best. I'd also like to convert the NP203 to part-time. Obviously, it needs some body work, or replacement. I'd like to keep it stock.

Re: Show us what you got!!

I always wondered what a black and white two-tone would look like but thought the contrast would be too stark. But that looks pretty good!
In the first picture you posted you still have the Uniroyal tires; is this a low mileage truck?
How about some interior shots if the inside looks as good as the outside?

Kevinr1970 - Thank you for the compliments on the K5. It has 87,000 or so miles. Regarding the condition, the dash is not cracked, has always had a Dashmat for protection from the Florida sun. The three seats are in the same condition as the one pictured because they always have towels and t-shirts covering them. Following a local cruise-in photo are some interior photos, sorry for the delay.

In the fourth picture their is an air dam on the ground. It looks like it has cut-outs for fog-lights? Did you do this or was it stock?

Re: Show us what you got!!

HEY FIREMEDICSAFD

it looks like our dogs are cousins - so i enclosed a picture of mine -- not really truck related, but then again, there is a spare bench seat converted to a video game chair in the background -- laughs

The first is in full cat-nap mode and the second is in full "Michael Vick guard dog eat the camera and get out of my way" mode ----- just kidding - he's my garage buddy

my only regret is not being able to get a camera in full "crotch lick" mode (if i could do that i would never leave the house)
