Blank Keys

I need to get some spare keys made / I assume GM Blanks from that era are all the same?

@LockDoc here can make you original GM keys. He did mine, look just like original. Fair price, fast shipping.

Lockdoc for the win, he will set you up and do so at a very reasonable cost. He re keyed all my locks the same and made me a few Spare gm keys last summer.

Not the same. There are 4 different blanks for the '67 to '72 GM trucks.

Here is a key blank reference chart I posted in 2007 that shows the different blanks....

This is only accurate if none of the locks on the truck have been changed.

I called the local dealership about a spare. They sent me to a local locksmith. He had original blanks from years ago and banged em out for me. They work great. He said I was the first person in 5 years to ask for one.
