Re: My 56 6bt 4X4 build.

Yep thats what I thought. I would be in heavin if I could put the batt In the stock location, ( I'm quite sure I can ) and use the stock dodge hot wire to the starter. It's close but I think it will end up abt 10 inches too short. I have lots of batt cable and ends at work . We use lots of it for our boat rigging . I can make up some cable no biggie .

Hey a 6.2 Chevelle sounds like a cool mpg crusier with the air on ! Fun

I posted some pictures of the battery in the stock location on my build. I'm not sure that I like it there. It takes up alot of room.

Oh yeah i'm excited about the 6.2. I think it will make an awesome mpg machine. I'm aiming high for 30-35 mpg. Picked the engine up today. The crate it was in by itself weighs 540 lbs!

Do the 60 and 70 have the same perch width as your current axles?

Re: My 56 6bt 4X4 build.

The 60 is the same . the 70 will have to have to have the perches moved in a bit .
