Rear Staiblizer Bushings

Sometime these jobs aren't as easy as they look, so some advice on replacing rear stabilizer (panhard) bushings please:

Is it just a straight forward r & r or do I need to raise the back to get some weight off the thing. Any special tool, techniques to fit the bushings in? Are the bushings the same at each end? I'm thinking I'll go with the poly type.

Thanks!
